Patti Burton www.rabidrabits.com My name is Patti Burton and I am the artist behind RabidRabits Studio, which is an art jewelry design and manufacturing studio.I began making jewelry in 1999, starting with basic wire wrapping techniques.My love of art and art jewelry in particular, lead me to take classes and workshops in metal art.In my art I combine both the metalsmithing and wire wrapping I have learned over the last 10 years in order to create one-of-a-kind art jewelry, without having to add manufactured components.I found this particularly necessary when I moved to Mexico for 6 years, and was not able to order the components, such as clasps and ear wires, so I made my own.This allowed my art to take on a unique style and composition, which is 100% original.
I have owned my own gallery and teaching studio in Mexico, as well as showing and selling in boutiques and galleries throughout Colorado and Mexico.
