Metalsmithing III Class
Instructor: Darlene Armstrong

Prerequisites: Metalsmithing I & II
Class Limit: 10


In this advanced class students will build on skills previously learned to take their metalsmithing techniques to the next level. Students will design and build a heavy wire pendant with 2 faceted stones and one pearl or other stone, design and build a hollow box structure pendant with roll printed or stamped texture and mount a faceted stone inside the box in a cut out area. The bail will also be textured and soldered on in a different manner than previously learned in beginning metals. The emphasis of Metals III is to give the student the opportunity to design their own projects and build them with the instructors help, as well as practicing Metals II skills and learning new ones! Upon completion of this class Students will be awarded a certificate of completion of 30 hours class time. Students will also receive an extensive step by step handout.

Upon completion of Metalsmithing I, II, & III student will receive a $25 gift card to use for future workshops or ongoing class!
