Actively teaching from 1974-2008, at Aurora Public Schools,
Rhode Island School of Design, Metro State College of Denver,
and Jefferson County Public Schools.
Research Interests- Study of non-traditional mediums of expression as
art form. Working to understand and create abstract methods within the
educational process to bridge multiple areas of knowledge and experiential
learning. Particular interest in design and techniques of sharing disciplines
(arts, letters, architecture and science) to produce both 2D and 3D manifest-
ations of concepts. The study of technology and humanist history from
other realms of thought and civilizations is influential to my method of
teaching- focusing on awakening and transferring the ability to integrate
life experience into each individual student's work, just as the anthropology
of form and culture contribute to the ideas, textures and details of my own work.
