You must have the appropriate prerequisites completed in order to be enrolled in a class or workshop!
All classes and workshops are filled on a first come/first served basis. Students are considered registered for a class or workshop when DSMA has received full payment of tuition. Walk-ins for classes are not permitted. DSMA accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, DSMA Gift Cards and personal checks. Any personal check that is returned will incur a service charge of $35.00. Returned checks will not be put through twice.
Credit card payments may be made over the phone with the administrator. Please phone 303-997-9846 during our normal business hours of M, Tu, Th, F 9 am - 4 pm Mountain time. Once enrolled, students will receive a Confirmation Letter via email (or the postal service if we have no email address on file).
If you do not see your Confirmation email by the end of the first business day after you enrolled, please check your spam folder. If the email is not there, please call us to see if there was some problem with your enrollment. If your PayPal account is out of date, you will want to contact us with your current email address. We will also need a phone number to complete your account.
Most classes, intensives and workshops are open for enrollment until they fill, or about 48 hours prior to the start date. Many enrollments close on Thursdays at noon, and Sunday and Monday workshops close at noon on Fridays, unless otherwise noted on our home page. Occasionally we will have an instructor emergency or a weather cancellation, but these are (thankfully) very rare.
If a class or workshop has availability, it will have a payment button next to it on the schedule page. Once we are down to the final seat, you must call us to enroll to prevent items from sitting in a shopping cart. When a class is full, we note that on the schedule page, and will sometimes start a waiting list.
Please do not wait until the last minute to sign up for something you really want to take as it might be cancelled early if there are no enrollments! We do have minimums for each workshop, and we reserve the right to cancel any offering if there are not enough students to pay our teachers. Most classes have a maximum of 6-10 students, depending on the class and in which room it will be taught. Please refer to the headings on the description or tool list for these limits.
